Vienne Sausages with Rice and Vegetables

Ingredients
  • Rice (yellow or white)
  • Country Barn canned vegetables (corn, mixed vegetables, sweet peas, peas and diced carrotsor green beans)
  • Country Barn Vienna Sausage
Instructions

Cook the rice as directed.

In a frying pan, cook chopped Vienna sausage until crispy.

Mix in any of our canned vegetables and simmer until hot.

Serve with
A salad, chicken, or on its own
